dalecampbl5 ( Sep 05 2010 at 11:05 ) @panique365 I'm just a loud mouth for common sense
panique365 ( Sep 05 2010 at 03:11 ) @dalecampbl5 I couldn't agree with you more.
dalecampbl5 ( Aug 26 2010 at 09:27 ) once again Conservatism will keep America from advancing in stem cell research. The rest of the world is well ahead of America. If we keep letting conservatives dominate our political culture, our laws, our judicial courts, then not only will our recession continue for the vast majority of the people in this country, while the filthy richs just gets richer, then our scientific advancements will also falter...stem cells are not human, they have nothing YET! it's okay to use them for research.
majasalvador12 ( Aug 25 2010 at 01:58 ) @galeonblader yup, you heard it exactly
Mahros1 ( Aug 24 2010 at 04:36 ) What can embryonic stem cells do that can't be done through adult stem cells? Its difficult to get unbiased facts but it appears that ASC is almost at the practical application stage and can be manipulated to do anything the ESC can?
KenMacMillan ( Aug 23 2010 at 11:49 ) @nbollerable Good, I'd much rather they forget the controversy & save some lives than debate over a pointless subject.
anthcybo ( Aug 23 2010 at 08:29 ) If we let religion interfere with science we would probably still not have computer in the year 2010, lol.
sahirisdabomb ( Aug 23 2010 at 06:53 ) @galeonblader
Yes...yes she did =D
galeonblader ( Aug 23 2010 at 04:50 ) At about 6:40, did she say "Sonic Hedgehog?"
nbollerable ( Aug 23 2010 at 07:57 ) @KenMacMillan My understanding is that adult stem cells are more potent.
nbollerable ( Aug 23 2010 at 07:56 ) I have hope that Adult Stem Cell treatment will help my MS, please visit my blog nitaboller.blogspot.com or stem cells for nita boller on FaceBook
Best thoughts, Nita Oster Boller

hell yeah! down with the pope! stem cell research can cure so many conditions!
termoyadro ( Aug 06 2010 at 03:32 ) @wormmy158
I'm pro-research, but I can't accept large-scale engineering, because it's not only a religious matter:
There always will be a small risk of catastrophic human mutation
So no need to motivate too much those scientists, obsessed with celebrity or money, rather than passion
It should be limited

KenMacMillan ( Jul 09 2010 at 04:15 ) @fishontuesday I don't know. Probably embryonic.
fishontuesday ( Jul 09 2010 at 02:38 ) @KenMacMillan cool! Which ones work better? That's a real question, im not arguing with you.
Slaught1004 ( Jul 08 2010 at 11:34 ) sonic hedgehog 6:44
?
venturec ( Jul 07 2010 at 04:24 ) @dumbtrooper We don't have enough stem cells throughout our body to keep up with the demands of a serious injury, such as loss of limb. In the case of a salamander, when they lose a tail or leg, they have many stem cells which are activated to regenerate the foot or tail to full capacity. Check out another Youtube video called Adult Stem Cells and Regeneration. It's about 1 hour long, but worth watching if you are interested.
dumbtrooper ( Jun 26 2010 at 08:57 ) give the signal to the body and it will heal just like starfish and some lizard
antisadism ( Jun 24 2010 at 02:41 ) Stem cells just cured accidental blindness, spread the word or else.
